• To complete your booking process, a 30% deposit on the total amount of room rate will be collected from the credit card that you provide.
• All rates included only transfer in from Saladan Pier, or anywhere in Koh Lanta to Anda Lanta Resort. (3 day prior notice is required)
• Transfer from either Krabi International Airport, or Phuket Airport is additional charge.
• Deluxe Hill Front, Deluxe Sea View, and Deluxe Panoramic View are strictly for accommodating 2 people.
• All breakfast rates are included in the daily breakfast for two persons. Family Villa rates included daily breakfast for four persons.
• All rates included 10% service charge and 7% government tax.
• Extra bed rate includes daily breakfast.
• Children under 3 years old, stay free of charge when sharing the room with parents.
• Children under 3 years old will be provided free of charge baby cots or extra mattress.
• If an extra bed for children 4-12 years old is not required, breakfast is subject to a charge of THB 300 per child / per day.
• Children above 12 years old, or adults sharing the room, need to pay for an extra bed at THB 800 per person / night.
• The maximum number of extra beds / baby cots permitted in a room is 2.
• Need for any type of extra bed, or baby cot, is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
• Check-in time is 14:00 hours on day of arrival, and Check-out time is 11:00 hours on the day of departure.
• Early check-in, or late check-out, is subject to room availability.
• All rates in this agreement are subject to change without prior notification

Cancellation / Other Charge Policy

• Free of charge for all cancellation made at least 14 days before the actual arrival.
• Full amount charge for all cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival
• In case of no show, a fully amount charge will be made at the reservation price.
• Anda Lanta Resort reserved the right to keep the fully paid amount of money in case of any early check out
• Please note that in the case of cancellation all transfer fee will be guests’ responsibility

• Hotel Taxi
  • Anda Lanta Resort provides taxi services to or from anywhere in Koh Lanta Yai with the charge range according to distance from us where the furthest is Saladarn Pier. The price is around THB 200 – THB 700 one-way.
  • Free of charge only transfer in from anywhere in Koh Lanta Yai which including Saldarn Pier
• Krabi Town
  • Private Van: pick up service cost THB 3,500 (one-way, up to 6 guests). The approximate time is 3 hours.
• Krabi International Airport
  • Private Van: pick up service cost THB 3,000 (one-way, up to 6 guests). The approximate time is 3 hours.
• Phuket International Airport
  • Private Van: pick up service cost THB 5,300 (one-way, up to 6 guests). The approximate time is 4 hours.
